Most Martial Arts classes in Angus have children & adults in together. We feel that is wrong for a number of reasons

Our Children's Martial Arts in Arbroath are taught in our own Martial Arts Centre. We also have satellite classes teaching Children's Martial Arts in Montrose & Dundee.

Where most martial arts classes simply teach the children in their classes the physical techniques of their particular martial art, we actively emphasise the positive life-skills the martial arts represent in every class. We coach the children to understand concepts like discipline, self control, respect, focus, courtesy, honesty; & we teach them how these things can make their lives better in a way they can relate to & understand.
As well as teaching them these mental attributes we make sure that they stay physically fit. Our instructors give them a great work-out that builds their physical motor skills, strengthens their bodies, builds their balance & control, & helps them to get rid of any stress & frustration they may be feeling.
Our Chief Instructor is one of the worlds foremost self defence specialists. He teaches specialist self protection skills internationally, & is called upon by special forces & government agencies around the world to teach their operatives how to protect themselves effectively. He has put together an intelligent children's self defence & personal safety syllabus that is an integral part of our Children's Taekwondo & Children's Kickboxing classes. No other martial arts class has a syllabus like ours!
